watched a programme early hours this morning about an American family who have 6 kids on the autistic spectrum couldn't find a link but here's their story

Wow, I can not even imagine what life is like for them. Having 3 kids on the spectrum is bad enough but 6, my god.

We watched this also, the patience of the family was amazing. It did upset me though that there didnt appear to be any other the parents family around. Well worth watching though.

I watched it too, such a mix of children and personalities all in one house, just like any household with 6 kids, just made me think how much our children are all so much more than just their dx.

Good grief, we feel outnumbered with just the two kids on the spectrum!

We have the two plus ds2 who atm is looking at assessment for dyspraxia / ADHD (and the toddler who is hopefully NT but still a toddler if you get my drify ).

Six I think i'd give in aminlinecaffeine (even with 6 NT kids mind.....)

I know of a family near me that have 5 (i think) with ASD (and a few other conditions). I struggle with 2 (plus a husband on the spectrum).
