just got round to Reading throug an ammended report I recieved yesterday.

Only on sentance has been ammended but it's quite a crucial one.. ( won't say on here what ot says as it will out me).

The basic jist is that it's a legal stance change. The old wording was based upon a previous report of an insident that happened.. Now it is very ambiguios (sp).. and could be read as ds2 is to blame at worst .. At best .. It has made what happened rather foggy.

now I have both copies.. Do I ask for it to be ammended back to the origional.. Ammended to a compromise where the issues are not foggy and it clearly states that ds2 wasn't to blame.
Or do I just keep both copies.

Basically the school ( the old school) are covering their backsides. Because I am going to take this incident further due to an injury sustained at school, where there was no supervision ( nicely have that in black and White from the school) which will require medical attention when ds is older.

Obviously I have all other reports etc regarding this.

I would write and log your concern that the new ammendment leads to ambiguity, ask for it to be reinstated and 'clarify' that your understanding of the incident was as per report A.
