We have a appointment next week to see them at Gosh

Ironic i know about chromosomes and even know how they will test possiably to much info , as have friend who does work in a lab in us not uk though

Can anyone tell me what i might need to bring or if need pictures of other dc what there likely to ask etc

There trying to see if there is something that ties all ds problems together or he has just been very unlucky and has a seperate collection of issues

We were asked to bring pictures of DD1 as a baby, and they took pictures of us and her.

They will want to know a complete history of DS, any family histoy (will draw rough family tree), how problems became apparent, etc.

Then they will likely do an array assay of his chromosomes, possibly a TORCH screen, etc.

If that all comes back clear, they will likely put him on a 9 month recall, then a 5 year recal, incase new techniques or conditions have been identified.
