I managed to hold it together at school, she went in fine, we met her 1:1 and i left.

Now an hour latter i have realised that my little girl has gone to MS school, i never imagined this day would come, i'm so proud of her getting to where she is now, a year ago she was non-verbal, non- resposive and now (this morning) she's running around the playground with the other children and watching her run around you would'nt think she's any different from the other children. She's done so well and proved everyone wrong (including me), she's worked so hard over the past year.

I can't wait to pick her up, hug her and tell her how much i love her Smile.

Just going to add a picture on my profile Smile.

Thank you 5inthebed, i feel so lucky to have got a house, it will make our life so much better, dd2 will find it strange not sleeping in the living room but i can't wait to spend a whole night with dh for the first time in 4.5 years Grin.

I know the feeling about feeling lucky getting a house.

I have days where I expect the Council to knock on my door and tell me they got it wrong and that I have to move back into my flat.

Are your DD's going to choose the decor for their rooms?

Dd1 wants a blue room with a 'space' theme (i have bought her some great wall stickers of the solar system).

Dd2 is having a pink room, her room is tiny so just enough room for a bed and i have ordered her a bubble lamp.

I can't wait to get in there and decorate their rooms, they are going to love it. I think i will spend lots of time doing the dd's rooms and forget the rest of the house, i just want it to be special for them. I'm not looking forward to getting dd2 used to sleeping in her own room, it may take a while for her to settle but will be worth it in the end.

Both rooms sound lovely! Good luck with the decorating and also with getting DD2 used to her own room. She might surprise you and be ok
