I am also much loved at the LEA. Whenever I phone up and give my name, the tone of voice changes. I therefore make a special effort to be exceptionally polite and over the top friendly even when they undoubtedly think I am being a pain in the arse. It's nice to be famous isn't it???

If they don't raise their eyes to the ceiling when they hear your name you are letting them get away with too much.

It's our jobs to make them shudder at the thought of us calling and have nightmares about us getting what we want.

I used to care about what professionals thought of me personally. Now I only care that they know I'll make sure they do their jobs properly.

Go for it wasuup!!!!
