What additional training will school staff need or be expected to have?.

How regularly will OT contact school (this is with regards to second para). How will feedback be responded to and just as importantly addressed by the OT?.

How will OT review progress half termly?. By seeing said child in question in school?.

What do they mean by appropriate ICT equipment, they should specify here. Will there be a special seating arrangement?. I do not like the phrase "will have access to". It should instead say "will have".

Both of these statements given below are too vague and should be further clarified-

"He will have access to activities devised to improve his pencil control and manipulation of small equipment in the classroom"

What activities?.

"X will have opportunities to develop his gross motor co-ordination during PE and outdoor play activities.

Again how will this be achieved?.

With regards to the penultimate para, how will this support be exactly given and by whom?. I do not like the words "where possible" given in this para either, again it is vague and uninformative.

Last para - again too vague, uninformative.

Would run this as well past IPSEA or SOS:SEN as they could also tell you what it should say.
