Dd1 is very anxious tonight (the worse i have seen her), i told her off earlier as she butted in when i was trying to get dd2 to answer a simple question (dd1 kept answering for her), she then got upset over a children TV programe (as it was sad). She's now refussing to go to sleep, she has gad 4mg of melatonin (she's ment to have 3mg which would usually send her to sleep within 20 mins), she's been in bed for 1.5 hours and keeps crying and saying 'i'm the naughtiest child' and 'my heads bunged up with nasty thoughts'. She cries for me to go up but when i try and talk to her i make things worse Sad. I feel bloody useless, why can't i help her?

Should i give her more melatonin? or should i jst let her cry herself to sleep?
