Went to pick up my new motability car today.

I have the letter of confirmation. The dealer printed out all the info and had the car taxed yesterday. He pressed the button that would transfer it from my old car to my new and......

.... computer says no.

He has no idea why, I have no idea why and Motability are shut on Saturdays. He's going to come in Monday morning (his day off) and try and sort it. He said a few Motability customers have had problems this week.

I did see mine today and peered through the windows. Just need the computer to say yes. DS1 has higher rate mobility indefinitely so lord knows what is wrong.

The dealer has phoned. Motability's mistake - they had it as an hp rather than a lease. Correcting today do I should be able to pick up tomorrow.
