DD1 wanted these crocs (the grape/pink ones).

I stupidly didn't peer at the picture closely enough to notice the kitty is only on one f*cking shoe!

She is now in hysterics because they don't match and she now doesn't want them. We need them for next week. I have cut it fine ordering the things in the first place as we had to wait for those ones to be in stock.

I have no time to send them back and re-order.

Who designs bloody unmatching shoes?!

I got DD some hello kitty crocs (not actually crocs but fine) from Sport Direct yesterday - is that any help at all? Kitty on both crocs.

I managed to take advantage of her very adult reasoning AS traits and explained calmly and maturely to her why we couldn't swap them now, when we needed them for etc and she agreed that she would keep them and get used to them.

She is telling everyone how they don't match but that she will love them anyway.
