dla hemiplegia?

my son has hemiplegia, i have been refused dla for the 3rd time... im not going to bother applying or appealing .
just out of interest does anyone whos child has hemi get dla?

which charities offer help? do they means test any funding given ?
we have 2 youngers dds aged 2 and 3 and we both work so time getting time to spend 1-2 hours per day would be a nightmare due to work commitments and the dds...

sorry em not been on to reply tbh ur physio dont sound to good do they not think if he could use his arm and leg more he would im sure there nothin more they would want to do think that was a silly reply off her there brain is not tellin the hand or leg to move hence condition would love to know where she trained lol . i am so glad he is doin better than wat they said to be honest i was told my boy prob wont crawl or walk i was devasted at the time but he proved them wrong he was delayed but did it eventually
