As DD is getting a bit better - do I withdraw my claim for DLA, or do I say I wanted it from such & such a date until such & such a date?

After coming away I am now convinced nothing has changed at all

She is completely lost in a strange environment - she adapts well - today she is confidently moving about the park but it has been really hard watching her struggle and she walks into a room/bar & stops - she looks around her eyes skimming over me and her face crumples until I say 'Hi DD' then she runs to me

I nearly cried

Oh, how very confusing for you. Things always seem to be a few steps forward and a few steps back, but stay positive, she did seem to be making progress before.

How is your dd in herself? Are you still getting input from different agencies? Keep them up to date with what is happening.

Sorry SCM I kind of 'turned off' on holiday

She is OK, stroppy bad tempered.....normal teenage stuff

Agencies have all backed off - hospital appointment this week and a (maybe final??) psychology one

I sent them a letter; I am guessing it will stop soonish, but I needed to tell them in writing (according to the CAF).

The following changes have occurred for DD:

? DD no longer has funding from the Local Area Panel for fulltime 1-2-1 support at school. I am still in negotiation with the school as to the appropriate level of support for her.

? She currently only sees Mr W at the JP Hospital and BC at the S Centre (CAMHS) their contact details were on her original form.

? While her sight fluctuates wildly I am not sure there is any improvement with regard to the underlying psychological issues.

I am unsure as to whether they are relevant facts so I felt you needed them in writing.
