Ds spent the morning in the speech unit and it went really well , we also had chance to discuss various concerns and there going to support Ot fight and have contacted Lea to ask for addtional funding so can provide more support for his pd

but in meantime the teacher has brought some ot stuff so can work on midlines and perception so can bring into the class room as said other dc could do with it.Has special grips and pencils already

But ds had great time even joined in snack time , break time and theraphy seesion.

The caretaker is building a ramp over the summer so on bad wobbly days when needs his chair he can still get into the playground.Which with possiable surgery coming up is great.Even putting in grab rails in the toilet to

There really trying to make sure as inclusive as possiable.Plan is to give ds to be in a intestive speech setting and then can review after a year and see if he has made progrees speech wise and then to review from Pd point of view , am happy with that .

Now feeling postive roll on september

Really pleased for you and DS Roundthebend. We had fantastic experience of a school with a S&L unit when DD3 needed it. She moved to MS after 3 years.

I hope it continues to be as positive as it is now. I read so many bad experiences on MN, its good to hear a good one.
