Still have not recieved ds amended statement. Went mad on phone with LEA manager but still not getting it even threatened legal and newspapers

Just want ds statement been waiting months....what else can I do? Going away Friday and wanted it before then!

Any suggestions besides camping in waiting room and refusing to leave at 5pm.

I actually would turn up, probably. Depends when the deadline was, really. They are buggers and never stick to deadlines. I would ring first and tell them that you will be there at 4pm tomorrow, for example. That then gives them time to do it or to give you an answer about when it will be done!

thanks, givemevodka...I will and will refuse to leave at 5pm without it...I will prewarn them with the telephone number of the local newspaper also on speed dial!

They have not even looked at it in 3 months allow only a month over due since statement last year was reviewed. Just peed off as need to sort out school for September.
