hello everyone
so sorry to bring doom and gloom onto mumsnet
ds9 has adhd and traits of autism and oppositional defiance disorder whatever that is!!
he has tried to swallow them whole but cant, i must admit they are a bit big, then i opened up the capsual onto a spoon and the bitterness od it made him sick all over the kitchen, coming out of his ears and nose as well, so now he is completly petrefied of the tablet and of being sick again.
iv tried disguiseing it in everything, chocolate spread sandwiches drink etc to o avail.
oh well, its been a week now of shouting, bad tempered banging about, door slamming, screeming etc
i might as well not be here as im totally ignored now.
the strattera that he was on was doing him a treat as well, but now hes turned back into a monster.
just what can you do when you have a child that you cant reason with and who has a will of iron, its his way or no way.
im in despair now and have taken to my bed as my head wont stop thumping with the stress, i really need him to take it, does anyone know how else to disguise the nasty bitter taste of it please.
id be so gratefull.
