Verbal Dyspraxia/Sensory Integration -Nursery choices?

Hi my son was born extremely premature and has had ongoing problems because of a lung condition from being on the ventilator he was unable to attend nursery/playgroups. Now he is nearly three and we are now allowed to go out and about. He is being seen by a physio as he has motor and co-ordination problems/Speech therapist as he has suspected Dyspraxia and Occupational therapist as he has Sensory integration problems also. Due to his health problems he hasn't had much experience of being around other children and we have only just started to look for a suitable nursery. I am worried that it will be hard to find a place somewhere with the support he needs for his communication problems. We live in northwest london-I was wondering if any other mums out there have any advice about finding a suitable nursery/or no of a good nursery in North west/west london area? We could afford an independent nursery place but even these seem to be difficult to find. I would be grateful for any advice on this matter.

My daughter has speech dyspraxia and separation anxiety as well as being compulsive with certain behavioural things. We have only just overcome doing no.2 in her nappy at 4 and a half. It is so hard some times with limited vocabulary and the rigid behaviours, and when you are out and she has a tantrum people say she needs a good smack it is hard to stay positive when you know that she isn't being naughty, she cannot control her behaviour. I wish there was an easy solution to her problems just to make life easier for her.
