Best South London school setting for bright year 8 child with SEN?

My son is in year 8 and has diagnosis of ADHD, ASC and Dyslexia. He is incredibly bright and high functioning, but has poor emotional regulation and is currently temporarily excluded from school following an autistic meltdown.

He was asked to leave a different school earlier in the year also after an autistic meltdown.
We have had him in independent schools since he was 7, to allow him to be less over stimulated with the large class sizes.

So we are now looking at what is the best thing for him - be it mainstream or a specialist setting, but we are really struggling to find anywhere suitable.

Any thoughts would be gratefully received.

Does DS have an EHCP? Probably since you mention SS, but I just wanted to check because not all independent SS accept self-funders.
