Has anyone had a decision maker call during an SEN MR?

Hi, just abit of advice really, my MR was sent in june, I had a decision maker call me yesterday regarding some more information about my daughter's NG tube, he then called me 2 hours later to confirm bank details. Has anyone had this before?

Some receive calls. Asking you to confirm bank details doesn’t necessarily mean the decision will change, I’m afraid.

He did say when phoning about some questions "im am leaning to supporting my child"
