Has anyone referred their child for ADHD assessment with Clinical Partners?
I am interested to know once referral has been made via Right to Choose; once I have setup the online portal, when nominating an education profession (I.e teacher) for information input, is it a case of just supplying their email address or do you also supply full school details as well as their role within the school?
