Any experience of EK Outreach Services for EOTAS provision?

Our LA is apparently using EK Outreach Services to deliver EOTAS provision and they've requested a home visit. Does anyone have experience with them?

This would be for DS15, who's starting Y11 but hasn't been in school for nearly two years and really struggles with anyone coming to our home, even close family friends.

No personal experience, but I have heard mixed opinions from some who have. For those who haven't had a good experience, it was mainly because the staff weren’t specialist enough.
