Hi,
I have a 3 year old, autistic (awaiting assessment),hes gone from being the most chilled out happy little guy to an aggressive hulk! Lashing out, and because of his additional needs its impossible to set boundaries and cope with the meltdowns, cant take him anywhere without him throwing his self on the floor, my back cant hack it lol.. any tips or advice please? I havent got a clue how to deal with it

Have you tried keeping a detailed diary to sport triggers?

Does DS go to nursery? What support are they providing? Does DS have an EHCP or has an EHCNA been requested?

While waiting for diagnostic assessment, is he receiving any support?

For leaving the house, do you still use a buggy? If DS is getting too big for an ordinary buggy, have a look at a SN buggy.

Do you think sensory overwhelm is part of the problem?
