11yo daughter with sensory needs can't tolerate crop tops

Hello lovelies,

My DD (11) has dyspraxia and ADHD, and sensory issues relating to tight clothing and shoes. Her boobs are just starting to develop and I've tried her with crop tops but she can't tolerate them because they are too tight. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm concerned about her tolerance of a bra when the time is right too, although we're a long way off that right now.

I have another post to do about tolerating medical procedures too. I hope it's ok to do two separate posts.

Would DD wear a vest?

If you haven’t already tried them, seamless/seamfree crop tops are worth trying.

Depending on the style of crop tops you have tried, some find sport bras easier to tolerate than some styles of crop tops.

Some find bras easier than crop tops.

Has DD had a sensory OT assessment and does she have ongoing sensory OT support?
