I have a nearly 3 year old autistic child who stims a lot at night but sleeps through mainly i have a 6 month old baby who sleeps better when I am not in the room I pump feed breastmilk and I swear she can smell me which wakes her up often last night she woke 5 times between 10.30 and 2am! when she sleeps downstairs with her dad she wakes once or twice that's it we tested it many times I know waking in night is normal but when you know they sleep better with dad its easier lol but dont want him to have to sleep downstairs and shes 6 months so she can go in own room according to HV but they will go bed different times he will stim he could wake her she could wake him.... only 2 bed house so what options do I have?
