Keep getting the ads because I follow Toren Wolf and his mum (content creators who share lots about their experiences as autistic people) on socials. My nearly 4yo son isnt diagnosed ND but his eating is atrocious - his stools are regularly a weird pale colour because he doesnt eat any vegetables (hasn't for over 2 years) and rarely eats any fruit. His diet is very limited. Safe foods are porridge, pizza, weetabix, spaghetti plain, yoghurt, bread (will eat granary, pitta and garlic) and butter, ice poles. Occasionally he will eat a cheese sandwich on white bread. Then he will eat crisps galore and sweets galore if allowed. Isn't a fan of juice or smoothies.
He takes a bassetts multi vitamins daily.
Just pondering whether it is worth giving Ella Ola a try. I manage to get a tsp of flax seed mix with nuts into his porridge in morning without him noticing and he eats it but I worry his diet just isn't nutritious.
