Can anyone share their experience of Sensory Integration Therapy, please?
I have a 14yo auDHD child with massive sensory needs, who complains every day of various aches and pains. They also have hypermobility and crack their fingers and toes constantly. They have an EHCP and a place at an independent SS but are not attending ATM, largely because they can't be around "screechy teenage girls".
They tend to not engage with therapy so I don't know if I could even get them to try it. Right now just looking for more information about the process and how it might help. Thank you.
