Clothing for PEG feeding tube baby

Hi, I’m currently looking after a baby who is about to have surgery to have a PEG /MicKey inserted. He is small for his age wearing age 9-12months on top and 6-9months on bottom.
Do any of you lovely people know where I can buy adaptive vests/ sleep suits/ clothing that have easy access for feeds?

I second M&S.

Spoonie threads have some great items but they are a lot more expensive, so not great for everyday wear.
