Generalist specialist or autism specialist schooling

Which is better I read an article that general alternative provisions aren't good for autistic kids , can be to chaotic and too individualised.
That a specialist just focused on autism is better.
Would love to here the arguments for and against?

It depends on the individual settings you are comparing and the individual child’s needs. Mixed needs SS, ASD SS and APs differ greatly, so there isn’t a blanket better or worse.
