Expedited hearing dates. Has anyone been granted one recently?

How much time did it take off your original hearing date?

I’ve submitted a request to tribunal today for an expedited hearing date (named school appeal). DS is not currently in school and is in the process of receiving alternative provision.

Is it still going to be a long time?

Not my DC, but those I have supported with recent requests have had anything from a refusal because of a lack of court time unless move to a paper hearing to 8 months sooner.
