Support for neurodivergent families

Has anyone had positive experiences with neurodivergent-inclusive schools for children who have recently been diagnosed and aren’t getting the support they need in the state sector?

There are some supportive and inclusive independent mainstream schools. However, it very much depends on DC’s needs, the individual school and, where necessary, the parents’ ability to fund additional support (unless the child has an EHCP naming the school).
