Anyone?

How does this work? I've been told there are tax implications for me?

You would be best seeking advice from a solicitor with experience of trusts because the specifics will depend on the specifics of your circumstances. For example, whether a disabled person’s trust or a discretionary trust is better. They both have pros and cons, which is better and more tax efficient can depend on your circumstances. There won’t be tax implications of a trust via a will for you personally. Bluntly, you won’t be alive.

@BrightYellowTrain

Thankyou.

The solicitor I saw didn't seem to know much about trusts.

That is why you need a solicitor with experience of trusts.
