Child triggered by other SEN kids

My child seems to be very triggered by other SEN kids. In a SEN seco0ndary
school and this is now leading to some behaviour of the like we have never seen before. Anyone ever had this and how did you help them? (SEN school is to be honest the best we could find for them and going back to mainstream is not an option).

Have you spoken to the school about it? They could do things like relook at groupings/classes, increase staffing in the class, looking at what specifically is triggering DS (e.g. is it noise others are making? Do they get too close to DS).
