We have just moved back to Hackney after 10 years in the US. DS had an IEP in US, we are starting process of EHCP here. DS has diagnoses of ASD, ADHD, Dysgrpahia and Anxiety. He was at an advanced school for Maths and Sciences in US and did well in humanities also. Our options for schooling this year are very limited as we had to move after start of school year and DS does not have GCSEs. Does anyone have experience of Northbridge House at sixth form, and especially with regards to supporting SEN students? Anyone know anything about the school in general? Many thanks for any advice, thoughts.

Hello @kscb , I am a NBHC parent and also a Hackney resident . My son has been there since year 7 and has stayed on into the sixth form because he loves it there. We’ve had a great experience, and although my son doesn’t have SEN support, he does have (highly able) friends who do and for whom it’s been transformational. Happy for you to DM me if still helpful
