Developmental toys for DOWN SYNDROME baby - 12 months old

Hey everyone.
My little boy Leo with down syndrome will be 1 in 2 weeks. I am struggling to find appropriate toys for him.

He can sit without support and roll in one directions. He can grip, shake and bang toys. But he is still behind developmentally and I would love to buy him some new toys to suit his needs and keep him entertained. Leo is only just over 8kg and still in 3-6 months clothing. He is on the small side.

Does anyone have any recommendations for what you found the best developmental toys to be?

Development group you cam go or regular one o clock club see what he likes?

And a home made sensory bag with wooden spoons and textured washing scrubbers etc works v well
