Are school nurseries better than private for SEN children?

Going through a bad experience with current private setting. I don't feel they're equipped or even trying to support my DC.
Do people think school settings are better equipped and more supportive of dealing with SEN toddlers?

There isn’t one answer to this. State school nurseries differ just like private school nurseries do. Some are better than others. There are some advantages to being in a state school nursery, IMO. For example, the school must abide by the suspension and exclusion guidance.

If DC needs more support, has the nursery approached the Area SENCO for support? Have they requested an EHCNA? Depending on how old DC is/what LA you live in, have they applied for early years inclusion funding?
