Ed Psych recommendations - independent report for 16-25?

My DS is 18, and we are anticipating going to tribunal to maintain his EHCP pos-19, as he is nowhere near independent adulthood (despite being academically bright). He is currently in a special school which is incredible, and we want him to stay there for an extra year (their registration is to 20).
Does anyone have a recommendation for an EP with 16-15 experience, who will do a high quality report and go to tribunal if necessary?

You could try: Patsy Kershaw, Vivienne Clifford, Leanne Short, Jemma Levy, Marina Gouzouli-Allen, Ruth Birnbaum or Mike Hymans. All have long waits unless you drop on a cancellation. For PfA provision OT and social care reports will also be helpful.
