Band/ level 3 funding ehcp

Hi i know funding isnt a parental issue. But dies anyone know what band/level 3 is? Son was agreed specialist i opted for mainstream funding offered to them is band 3?

It varies by LA, which one are you in?

Ah ok thanks anyway. We are in Lancashire @Skiphopbump but thats really annoying that it varies for every LA. 😩 no info i can find online either!
