Can anyone help with a complaint letter

I need to make a formal complaint against an after school club which also runs at the school for children with ECHPs in the school holidays. Usually I let things go, however it is on the verge of bullying and definite discrimination.
I am not great at wording and due to my internal anger, I would end up typing a lot of foul and abusive language!
Does anyone have any templates / wording advice?

I second the EASS model letters. Without more information no-one here can advise on what to write.

As well as complaining to the afterschool club, is the club linked to the LA in any way e.g. is it part of the HAF provision or short breaks offer? If so, complain to the LA, too.
