Online indie school interview - is there a interview code of practice for inclusivity?

Seeking some SEN community support here, just wanting to talk about interviews and hear thoughts, experiences and any info re: guidelines for interviewing SEN dc.

DC's anxiety generally peaks when meeting strangers for first time, especially online and (double) especially in an interview type setting, as suffers from both performance anxiety and stranger anxiety.

The independent school in questions only offers online interviews which doesn't seem inclusive to me, if highly-gifted child in question experiences such as a barrier and yet does extremely well, comparatively, in-person.

In a world where meeting people in person before making major life decisions seems like a thing of the past, I am wondering how I can best advocate for my DC, given their social anxiety, tech aversion and heightened performance nerves.

What should an inclusive school interview look like? Can those with SEN experience share any info/experiences, as I'm new to this?

Are there interview guidelines I can be aware of, so that I myself can assess whether the school is inclusive and accessible? Given the lack of in-person options for interviewing, along with a lack of answer to my concerns raised about the online interview process for my DC, I am already feeling that it's not, but maybe that's my own Adhd anxiety.

I'm concerned about exposing DC to a potentially difficult experience which then delivers a verdict on their performance and am wanting to ensure that we are suitably supported and that I am suitably informed.

Thanks for any info/experience.

The school has to make reasonable adjustments but I am not aware of any interview guidelines independent schools have to follow.
