NHS OT went to school to assess DS ,
and called me to discuss ,
I don’t want to be rude , I really can’t understand her thick accent .
she : pen shall .
me: ….. you mean pencil ?
she : yes yes
me: so sorry .is it ok you slow down or maybe email to me .

she: I can give you translator .
but I can’t email . It’s rule !!!
must be phone call .
me: but I need to visualise what you said . And it’s lot of things to discuss .

she : no ! No email ! Rule !!!
only phone call !!

I will call you tmrw 11-12

me:
but it’s Easter holiday break time I have to pick up my kid at that time . And also I am working in the morning , boss won’t let me pick up phone .
isnt it email easier ?

she : no ! Last chance . Phone call only .

shall I wait to see what she says today
on the phone , and see what …… she going to write firstly ?
before I go Down the complaint route ?

cant believe such attitude can get a job in NHS.
