Some LA's are better than others?

Hi - Just wondering people's thoughts on LA's in London. Anyway had experience of RBKC/Hammersmith and Fulham/Ealing. Thoughts on who was better, more able/willing to support. Or are they all a nightmare?

Some LAs are worse than others. I would say those you list are much of a muchness e.g. KC are more likely to issue an EHCP within the 20 week timescale with Ealing being below the national average on this measure. But KC have fewer requests to deal with to start with. Ealing are slightly less likely than the others to refuse to issue or refuse to assess.

@Headfirstintothewild Sorry to hijack, but where could I find such statistics for other LAs? (How likely to refuse to assess and issue etc).
