Cannot believe that elected councillors are speaking like this. This should hit the national headlines.

I'm not surprised. I moved to Warwickshire having worked in early years in a different county and had to deal with the horrific system there. I mean it's bad where I am now but trying to just get acknowledgement my soiling eloping violent meltdown kiddo may have SEN was traumatic for all the family. The school tile me the LA told them they were not accepting anymore higher needs funding applications that year and wouldn't accept EHCP applications if higher needs funding not been utilised first. School kicked my kid out and the LA wouldn't provide anything for him. I had to quit work and stay home with a very high need kid who was just called naughty and my parenting is shit because he hits out in meltdown. It broke us and my relationship failed. Ripped our family apart. I intentionally moved out of county as my experience of Warwickshire was so bad. I still can't work because there is not enough spaces in schools for kids like my boy this LA still shit but in my county there is support from lots of other parents and groups etc so im not drowning quite so badly

It's a shit show everywhere. Communities need to complain because this affects everyone. I'm with BCP and they are utterly shit too, but it is central government too by not funding local authorities. It doesn't help that fusty old Tory twats at Warwickshire have victorian views of special needs and no critical thinking skills. Where do they find these morons?
