Hi, posting for advice/recommendations. We’re moving to Witney and are in the process of transferring DS’s EHCP and been asked for our parental preferences in terms of naming a new specialist setting. Appreciate it’s a long shot, but I’m just wondering if anyone is familiar with the area at all?

I’ve been Googling, but all seem a bit beyond DS’s current capability if I’m honest. DS6 has quite severe autism/adhd, still largely non verbal, incontinent, can’t really engage with a formal curriculum etc. He’s at a farm based specialist school with therapy animals with a focus on animal care as part of the curriculum and he really seems to be thriving in that environment so I’m keen to find something similar if at all possible. Or anywhere that will be able to meet his needs. Ideally close by so we can make a reasonable argument for transport as DS needs 2:1 care when travelling. Bonus if it covers through to secondary as this will be where we’re settling long term.

Thanks in advance (I have asked his case worker for recommendations but they’re on annual leave for a few weeks)
