EHCP - haven't had an annual review

Hi all

Ds's EHCP was finalised in November 2022. We were under the impression that an annual review has to be conducted within 12 months however we have not heard anything from anyone

We requested an emergency review back in April 2023 and heard nothing back other than someone saying they'll forward our email to the correct department

We are new to this and not sure which way to turn :/

IPSEA has a model letter you can use when an AR isn’t held on time. If that doesn’t work, email again threatening judicial review. Then, if that fails, contact SOSSEN for help with a pre-action letter.

Have you spoken to the Senco to ask when it will be scheduled?
