Chair of governors

Is there anyway of contacting a chair of governors without writing a letter and giving it to the school?
Governor doesn't have an email address we are told to leave correspondence with school but I 100 % know because it's a headteacher grievance she will open it!!!!

We sent ours directly to the chair of Governors and schools were told instantly. Don't worry.. just send it x

Contact via the clerk to the governors, they should have an address publicly available. This could be a member of school staff with a duel role.
