My daughter is age 3, has ASD, is non-verbal, doesn’t follow instructions, has difficulty with transitions, won’t sit down for circle time, doesn’t interact with other children apart from trying to snatch their food. We plan for her to stay at nursery for another year and defer her reception start.
We’ve just been given a draft EHCP. Looking at section F, there’s not a lot there of 1-1 time. It’s ten minutes of this, 15 minutes of that. I suppose what I’m asking is, what provision I can reasonably expect? I’m desperate for her to start making progress.
