A SAR was issued. I want information I know exists:
There was a major incident being covered up. I was called, to collect DS 6/22, by Head after an altercation with a class mate.
It was described as "the perfect storm"
in CIN meeting dated later 06/22.
This was Special Schools reply:
I have sent all the records of behaviours for the periods requested.
There are no recorded incidents for June on the school's behaviour system for DS.
DS is no longer a pupil of the school and I have no further route for checking any behaviours during the period of June; staff working with DS in June are no longer working for the school and so unavailable for further investigation.
I have complied with your SAR and there is no further information to share.
I have complained to Tribunal, Chair of Governors, IOC, HCC, Ofsted,
This was four months ago. What to do?

What are you wanting to achieve? Why is your child no longer at the school? If there was an incident it should have been recorded on school system . It seems that did not happen. It sounds Iike you have complained to appropriate parties but it's unlikely you will get further information. If you have not had any response in 4 months I'd go back to ofsted and ask if anything further has happened. (Though they may not tell you)

If you don’t think all think information has been disclosed you can complain to the ICO, but there is a backlog to look at cases.

@Heartsofstone A SAR is a subject access request.
