SENCO accessing child's medical records

Is this allowed without PR permission?

The school should ask for your written permission to access medical records for a child. You have the choice to share records with them. Similarly if your Senco wants to take your child's reports and support plan to LIFT for extra guidance for supporting your child they must get your written permission first. If the local authority is carrying out and EHCP assessment they have to get your written permission for access to documents abf files relating to your child.
