No named school for Yr 7 in Sept

Waiting and waiting for LA to name a school for my son for year 7. How long can they take???? EHCP finalised in April with yr6 school named, they've been consulting with schools since then. Agonising just waiting. Have been told he is a priority but SEND Admissions team have to meet to discuss etc.

The school should have been named by now. You need to email the Director of Children’s Services threatening Judicial Review. The threat usually works, if it doesn’t contact SOSSEN for help with a pre-action letter.
