There has been a history of noncommunication from the senco. No meetings or plans have ever been shared. Although I am told dc is on the sen register. I now have to approach other schools for my child and put in a dsar to the senco asking for dc’s sen file.
I have received copies of external providers (much of which I provided!) reports but not any thing internal to the school:
- targets
- learning plans
- ieps (or whatever was meant to replace them)
- chronology of interventions
- internal notes on sen provision for dc
- correspondence with external providers
What should I expect to see on A sen file? It looks to me like they haven’t been doing anything.
