Can I request training of dd support staff

My dd is disabled, she is not getting the support she needs. Very distressing for her.
Would school tell me the training of her support because I am so worried.

Does DD have an EHCP? If so, is section F detailed, specific and quantified or vague and woolly? It should detail and specify what training, experience and qualifications the staff such as 1:1s should have. However, if section F isn't detailed and specific you can request to know and for them to have certain training but if the school/LA refuse you can't force them to.
