Anyone had problems with bright child that is a very slow writer?

If so can you please post to this topic in the 'Primary' section, I'd be very interested to hear your experiences.

I don't have any school age children but when you say slow writer - how slow? Can they copy accurately? Do they read at all, or enjoy books? Are they reluctant to write? What age are we talking about?
